Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information or escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and billing.
  • Monitor and report recurring issues to suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Support the team in achieving service level targets and goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the energy or natural resources industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a temporary position based in Caerphilly.
