Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to take their cooking oil orders and book waste collections for used cooking oil.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and upselling other products to existing customers.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with your assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Interacting with telesales and field sales teams who prospect new customers, taking ownership of those new customers and onboarding them correctly.
  • Monitoring sales email, web inquiries, and social media messages and responding to them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interacting with depot managers and staff to coordinate deliveries, collections, and stock levels.
  • Updating customer records and order details on our CRM system to ensure prompt service and accurate invoicing.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates with: Experience working in a high dial (80-100 dials a day), targeted, time-bound environment. 

Experience in B2B customer service. 

A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to confidently negotiate with business owners and key decision makers. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software. 

A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. 

The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. 

The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.

Basic Salary £26,000 plus benefits
