  • Full time office role based in Trowbridge working 8.45am-5.00pm

Our client based in central Trowbridge is going through a busy period and requires additional support. Located next to excellent public transport routes there is also free parking for those who drive.

Job Description

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Calling current customers to ask how they're getting on with products and services
  • Assist in resolving queries, concerns or complaints in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy
  • Processing call information and feedback in a timely manner
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department as required
  • No cold calling or sales required

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
