Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the local community.
  • Ensure open and clear communication channels with community representatives.
  • Address any community concerns or issues related to the company's property projects.
  • Coordinate community outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Report on community feedback and sentiment towards the company's projects.
  • Contribute to project planning with insights about community needs and preferences.
  • Represent the company at local events and forums.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'CLO' should have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A keen interest and understanding of the property industry.
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in community engagement and liaison roles.
  • Confidence in representing the company in public forums.
