  • Collaborate with the Digital team to optimise customer journeys and improve user experiences.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Support marketing and product development teams with data-driven insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Insights Manager should have:
