The Culture Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture by collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with the organisation's vision. This position in the insurance industry is based in London and requires a strategic approach to embed cultural transformation within the Human Resources function.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of cultural initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the workplace environment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on cultural transformation and Human Resources policies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a positive organisational culture.
  • Analyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of cultural programmes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
  • Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support cultural alignment within the insurance industry.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Culture Partner should have:

  • A strong background in Human Resources, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing cultural change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Demonstrable recent experience of regulatory reporting into Lloyds of London
  • Advanced Data and Data Manipulation experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align cultural initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • An understanding of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
