West Sussex Temporary £200 - £250 per day View Job Description
We are searching for an interim CRM Specialist to join a globally recognised brand within the lifestyle and travel sector. The successful candidate should have experience working on delivering CRM campaigns and content; with excellent stakeholder management experience and enthusiasm. This is a 3 Month contract which could extend and the successful candidate would need to be able to travel to West Sussex 1 or 2 days per week.

Job Description

The successful CRM Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing CRM strategies to promote customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analysing customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaign strategies.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making necessary adjustments.

The Successful Applicant

The successful CRM Specialist should have the following expertise:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role with exceptional stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
