A CRM Executive is sought to drive customer engagement and retention using email marketing strategies within the travel and leisure sector. The role focuses on supporting the CRM manager and executing CRM strategies to enhance the customer journey.

Job Description

  • Create fresh engaging content effective for email campaigns
  • Co-ordinate support for tactical local emails, making recommendations and managing delivery timelines
  • Deliver the email marketing test & learn programme in collaboration with the CRM team
  • Support the data-driven strategies for acquisition and retention
  • Manage CRM tools like Bloomreach or similar

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM Executive should have:

  • Have strong email marketing knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Copywriting and analytical skills
  • Multi-site experience is a bonus
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
