Job Description

  • Credit Controller:
  • Manage the full credit control process, including issuing invoices and following up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and client communications.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of receivables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support payment collection.
  • Monitor client accounts for overdue balances and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities related to credit control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Experience in managing accounts receivable within the property or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • An understanding of financial regulations and credit control processes.
