Job Description

  • Develop and implement tax strategies and policies that comply with laws and regulations.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the tax compliance and operations team.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Conduct complex tax research and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings to discuss tax implications and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
  • Oversee tax audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:

  • An advanced degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CTA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience in a senior tax role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
