Job Description

As a Corporate Tax Manager you will be -

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors
  • Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
  • Advising clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with activities such as business acquisitions and mergers
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Assisting with internal risk management processes
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax law and the impact on clients
  • Actively participating in business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting or tax qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA)
  • Significant experience within a tax role in a professional services firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
  • Excellent client liaison and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client outcomes
