Job Description

  • Lead on a high value client base, building long lasting and meaningful client relationships
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage tax risk and ensure adherence to compliance obligations.
  • Conduct regular tax reviews and prepare reports.
  • Provide expert tax advice to clients.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the tax department.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:

  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) along with 2 years PQE experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within an Accountancy Practice or Inhouse Tax position.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
