The team also work closely with specialists in other departments and work in tangent with corporate finance teams, accountants, banks and financial advisers to provide the most comprehensive advice to clients.Job DescriptionAs a Corporate Solicitor you will be working across the whole team on a variety of transactional deals and on various structures of transactions (including but not limited to trade deals, private equity investment, and employee ownership trusts). You will also be involved in day-to-day business assistance including group re-organisations, shareholders' agreements and bespoke articles of association; helping a business with external investment; and ultimately supporting the founders on their exit, whether by way of trade sale, management buyout or EOT (as examples).The Successful ApplicantYou will be a Corporate Solicitor with between 1-3 PQE.
