Job Description



  • Advising public and private companies on M&A, MBOs/MBIs, private equity, and joint ventures.


  • Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.


  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.


  • Supporting group reorganisations and corporate restructuring projects.


  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.



The Successful Applicant



  • A newly qualified solicitor, with at least one seat in corporate


  • Experienced in handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity.


  • Able to provide sound legal and strategic advice to clients.


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
