Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be involved in the following:

  • Working on complex and varied deals.
  • Providing legal advice on a broad range of private equity matters.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor should have:

  • 4+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in dealing with private equity matters.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate law.
