The individual will be responsible for the Account Management of existing corporate clients to ensure maximum revenue is secured and market share increased.They will also be expected to identify and drive new business opportunities across all market segments.

Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities;

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate, MICE & leisure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present tailored sales proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the department.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Sales Manager should have:

  • Experience in corporate sales, ideally within the hotel, leisure, travel, or tourism industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • An understanding of market trends and their impact on sales strategies.
