Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies across multiple industries and affiliate partners.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.
  • Identify and target potential affiliates and enterprise accounts to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Sales Director should have:

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably with experience in the homecare, consumer services or business services industry.
  • Strong experience in selling to affiliates and enterprise/national accounts.
  • Excellent new business development skills with a focus on closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
