Job Description

The Corporate Principal Associate will be:

  • Leading on a variety of M&A, PE, and venture capital transactions
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Collaborating with the national corporate team on large-scale deals
  • Actively involved in marketing and business development initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region
  • Supporting the Partners in Leeds

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Principal Associate should be / have;

  • A solicitor with 6+ years PQE in corporate law
  • Experienced in handling complex M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals
  • Proficient in leading transactions and managing client relationships
  • Capable of supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development
  • A strong communicator, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Ties to Leeds
