The Corporate Partner / Legal Director will be:



  • Leading and expanding the Liverpool corporate team


  • Business developing, leveraging an existing network


  • Advising on domestic & cross‑border M&A, reorganisations, JVs


  • Ensuring top‑tier client service and deal execution excellence


  • Collaborating with senior partners to shape strategy and growth plans

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Partner / Legal Director should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 7-12+ years' corporate PQE


  • Experienced in M&A, corporate reorganisations, JVs


  • Comfortable leading client relationships and team growth


  • Adept at business development with a strong regional network


  • Able to collaborate in a progressive, tech‑savvy law firm
