Job Description

This is an opportunity for a fee earner with experience in Corporate matters to join a small team advising a mix of clients on Corporate matters from drafting articles of association and shareholders' agreements through to company secretarial matters.

The firm has an excellent culture and would consider full time or part time candidates.

This is an office based role.

The Successful Applicant

You must have prior experience in a legal role within Corporate as the firm require a Paralegal who can hit the ground running.
