Job Description

As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal and professional support to the corporate team
  • Keeping abreast of developments in corporate law and regulations
  • Developing and delivering training to team members and clients on corporate legal topics.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate PSL should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Experience in and an up to date knowledge of corporate law.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
