Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present them to the board.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate with other department heads to streamline financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain relations with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial risk management procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of financial management principles and strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial software and database systems.
  • A commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
