Recognised for its commitment to delivering high-quality service, the company is seeking individuals keen on contributing to its ongoing success and growth.Job DescriptionLeading multiple projects in the delivery of transaction services to clients.Manage Financial Due Diligence engagements which includes determining the project scope and resource requirements, monitoring progress against budget and established timeframe, review of work completed by junior team members and resolving all project issues prior to Partner or Director review.Ensure client / project feedback is captured, addressed, and effectively communicated to the team members and Director / Partner of the projectEnsuring the timely completion of projects within the agreed budget.Providing technical advice to clients in the Professional Services industry.Managing the performance and development of junior team members.Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.Contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making at the managerial level.The Successful Applicant A successful Transaction Services Senior Manager or Associate Director should have:A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.Excellent leadership and project management skills.A strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Ideally, the candidate will demonstrate their ability to find a balance between working in the Business whilst also enjoying Business Development activities.
