Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the country Head of Wealth, Investment function and wider executive team to define and execute the company's operational strategy aligned with UK objectives.
  • Operational & Financial Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes in line with industry regulations and best practices. Understanding and working knowledge of FCA and other International Financial Authorities working practices (FINMA,SEC, IRS)
  • Client Service Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance client experience, ensuring high service standards and addressing client needs proactively.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the firm's assets and reputation.
  • Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture, building and leading a talented operational team through mentorship and professional development. Work with the front office leadership group to grow a profitable
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including compliance, risk, investment management, and sales, to ensure cohesive operations and successful delivery of the UK business plan.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the firm

The Successful Applicant

Candidates for the this role should have a minimum of 10 years in operational management within wealth management or financial services, demonstrating expertise in operational leadership strategic planning, risk management, and client relations. Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of FCA and International regulatory compliance are essential.
