Job Description

As a conveyancing solicitor you will be advising on the following;

  • Managing a large affordable portfolio of complex conveyancing cases, from instruction through to completion and registration.
  • Advising clients on the legal aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Ensuring all legal documentation is correctly executed.
  • Handling client queries and resolving any issues that arise.



The Successful Applicant

A successful conveyancing solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who a good understanding of residential conveyancing and who has experience managing affordable housing portfolios.

What's on Offer

For the successful conveyancing solicitor the firm will consider full and part-time working patterns and a hybrid model.

They will pay a great daily rate.
