Job Description



  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.​


  • Conducting property searches, drafting contracts, and liaising with clients and third parties.


  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.​


  • Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.



The Successful Applicant



  • A qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.​


  • Proficient in handling all aspects of residential property transactions independently.​


  • Experienced in managing a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail.​


  • Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
