Job Description

  • Analyse existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver training to operational workforce
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support the logistics team in resolving operational challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Practitioner should have:

  • Proven experience in process improvement within the logistics sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise delivering CI training courses to operational teams
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
