Job Description

  • Delivering high-quality legal advice on contentious insolvency matters.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive service to clients.
  • Engaging in business development activities to increase the firm's insolvency practice.
  • Providing thought leadership in the field of contentious insolvency.
  • Contributing to the firm's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues and suggesting mitigating solutions.
  • Managing complex insolvency cases efficiently and cost-effectively.

The Successful Applicant



A successful 'Contentious Insolvency Partner' should have:

  • A law degree from a recognised institution.
  • Proven experience in contentious insolvency law.
  • Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • A passion for contentious insolvency law and a desire to develop in this area.
  • An existing client base.
