Job Description

The Construction Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Working on high value construction disputes
  • Advising developers and major contractors
  • Advising on a range of work from major disputes to professional negligence work
  • Supporting the Partners and managing juniors
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Construction Solicitor should have:

  • A track record in contentious construction law
  • Strong academics
  • Likely to be around 4-15 years PQE
  • Strong negotiation, research and drafting skills.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
