Job Description

The team have represented infrastructure clients on thousands of projects globally, including in the transport, mining, process, social infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
  • In terms of clients operating in the energy sector, they operate globally across the energy spectrum, from upstream and downstream oil and gas, nuclear, power generation, energy management, electricity and gas transmission to renewables, hydrogen, low carbon solutions, carbon capture and storage, gas storage projects and asset decommissioning.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on high quality engineering and construction work - both live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Disputes Associate should have:

  • A law degree from a recognised university.
  • Proven experience in construction law and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent understanding of construction contracts and related documents.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
