Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive conflict checks for new and existing clients.
  • Prepare detailed conflict analysis reports for the legal team.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's ethical walls and information barriers.
  • Assist in maintaining the conflicts database and related systems.
  • Work closely with the legal team to resolve any conflicts issues.
  • Continually update knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support other departments with conflict-related queries.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conflicts Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using conflict management systems, ideally intapp.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a conflicts role within a law firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and practicing discretion.
