Job Description

The Compliance Paralegal will:

  • Support the Legal Department in maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with research and analysis on regulations and policies.
  • Update policies.
  • Assist with internal audits and investigations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required by the Legal Department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Assistant / Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience of compliance, regulatory standards and legal requirements - including Privacy, AML, Anti-bribery.
  • Will consider financial compliance experience including KYC, CDD, Due Dilgience
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
