  • Overseeing compliance with relevant regulations and laws within the property department.
  • Implementing and managing an effective legal compliance program.
  • Advising management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Reviewing and evaluating the company's procedures to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
  • Assessing the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
  • Collaborating with external auditors and HR departments to identify necessary actions.
  • Creating plans to manage a company's compliance with laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:
