Job Description

  • Leading and managing intricate litigation cases in the competition law sector.
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive legal service.
  • Overseeing junior staff and providing mentorship to develop their legal skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with developments in competition law and relevant industry trends.
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Representing the firm professionally in all interactions with clients and industry peers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Competition Litigation Partner should have:

  • Have experience working at a magic circle, silver circle or similar platform.
  • A strong academic background, including a degree in law.
  • Substantial experience in competition law, including litigation.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • A strong business development mindset.
