The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Director or Senior AD should have:
- Proven experience in an Account Director role, preferably in another agency.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of media and marketing strategies for large scale clients.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
