Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the installation and repair of communal CCTV systems, gates, barriers, and aerials.
  • Supervise and lead a team, including a dedicated Repairs Administrator who will assist with scheduling, documentation, and contractor coordination.
  • Ensure all works meet quality standards and are completed on time, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing communal installations and repairs, particularly in CCTV, gates, barriers, and aerial systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both contractors and support staff effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to communal repairs and installations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
