Job Description

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Commercial team
  • Manage and mentor junior legal staff
  • Advise clients on complex commercial tech matters
  • Foster relationships with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Tech Partner should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor and or barrister
  • A proven track record
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tech law
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • A degree in Law or a related field
