Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on a range of commercial matters.
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate, draft and review various types of contracts.
  • Handle complex transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:

  • 5-8 years PQE
  • Proven experience in Commercial/IP/Technology law.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
