Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
  • Advising clients on commercial agreements.
  • Handle complex legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:

  • 0-3 years PQE
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
