We are seeking FP&A Accountant for our Accounting & Finance department in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in financial planning and analysis to drive business performance and growth.

Job Description

  • Manage annual sales budgets and forecasts
  • Analyse variances and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare financial reports for management review
  • Monthly P&L preparation from Sales to Gross Profit Margin
  • Develop financial models for strategic initiatives
  • KPI reporting on sales, product development, and pricing
  • Understand product costings for margin analysis and growth
  • Create BI reports with internal data architect
  • Draft and review capital expenditure requests
  • Budget and forecast capital expenditures
  • Track capex spend vs budget vs requests
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Collaborate with teams to align financial goals
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with annual audit

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Exam Finalist
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Accounting, and reporting role within Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting policies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements.
