Job Description

As a commercial real estate solicitor you will;

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Negotiate leases and manage tenant relations
  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisitions
  • Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders including brokers, tenants, and contractors
  • Report to senior management on portfolio performance and market trends
  • Support the strategic planning and forecasting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful commercial real estate solicitor should have:

  • An admission to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales
  • Proven experience in managing commercial real estate law
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • A keen eye for identifying potential real estate acquisitions.
