About Our Client

Our client is a large full service law firm based in central Leeds. They have a small team of professional support lawyers who support the large practice areas in the firm and they are now looking for a Commercial lawyer to support their growing commercial practice group. The firm offers hybrid working alongside a great remuneration package.

Job Description

The Commercial PSl will pick up a range of responsibilities including;

  • Taking the lead on training and development for the commercial team.
  • Keep clients and colleagues up to date on training and know-how
  • Use technology to drive efficiency
  • produce publications and articles
  • work closely with the other PSL's within the firm
  • Drive best practice across the commercial group and firm.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial PSL should have:

  • A strong background in Commercial law gained in practice or In-house
  • Ideally already be working as a PSL
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • An interest in the way legal services are delivered and legal tech.
