Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handling a variety of commercial property matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and agreements
  • Working closely with the other departments
  • Maintaining a high level of client service and managing client expectations
  • Participating in business development and networking activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • Have excellent knowledge of commercial property law
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to support and manage a diverse caseload
  • The capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
