Our client is a well-established full service law firm in Leeds. They have modern offices in central Leeds and one of the largest Real Estate teams in Yorkshire. That team is ranked as a leading player by the legal directories and they have recently attracted some high profile Partners to the Property team. Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Dealing with a range of work including investment, occupier and development work.
  • Supporting Partners on larger transactions.
  • Providing expert legal advice on a range of commercial property matters for clients across a broad of sectors
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Working collaboratively within a team
  • Participating in business development initiatives
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in law and the property market

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • Proven expertise in commercial property law
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Likely to be between 1-3 years PQE.
  • Ability to manage own caseload and work under pressure
  • Excellent client management and business development skills
  • Ties to Leeds
