Job Description

The Commercial Property Paralegal will be:

  • Assisting senior associates with a variety of commercial property transactions, including development, investment, and landlord & tenant matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including leases, contracts, and agreements
  • Conducting research and providing summaries of key findings
  • Liaising with clients, both directly and via senior team members
  • Managing client files and ensuring all deadlines are met



The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Paralegal should be / have

  • A Paralegal with experience in commercial property or equivalent (1+ years experience is desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients
  • Familiar with property transactions, including development and investment work
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a passion for commercial property law
  • Strong academics and ties to Leeds
