Job Description

The Commercial Property Locum will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Provide expert legal advice to a variety of clients, from SMEs to blue-chip companies, both domestic and international.
  • Handle high-value, complex transactions with a focus on efficiency, commerciality, and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with a high-performing legal team and other departments to ensure seamless client service.
  • Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and firm policies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property Locum should have:

  • 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Strong knowledge of property transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and developments.
  • Excellent client management skills with experience advising a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex, high-value matters.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
