  • Manage and lead litigation cases from inception through to conclusion.

  • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and other necessary legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective case strategies.
  • Maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Stay updated with current laws and regulations within the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Litigation Associate' should have:

  • A degree in Law from a recognised university.
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Admission to practice law in the United Kingdom.
