Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team.
  • Review and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • Must be ACA qualified
  • Must have experience in a top 15 audit firm looking to make a first move into industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Experience in presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
