Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.

  • Implement and maintain financial controls and systems within the business.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop strategies for financial growth.
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial reports.
  • Supervise the financial department staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Manager in the transport and distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
