Partnering with customer account managers and delivery teams this person will also provide support around key commercial and contractual discussions by providing financial modelling and analysis to support negotiations.

Job Description

  • Financial modelling to straetigically influence decision making
  • Understanding contractual terms, commitments and commercial drivers to ensure positive commercial outcomes.
  • Influencing, coaching and challenging the budget holders around understanding their results and key drivers to improve performance.
  • Develop a series of metrics to support and influence order delivery prioritization. (Inc Revenue, Capex, Resource, Cashflow)
  • Analyse orders to support and influence business decisions on whether to pass-through, re-negotiate or reject. Create financial modelling to support.
  • Develop insight and analysis to measure and challenge delivery performance and identify opportunities

The Successful Applicant

Developed senior stakeholder engagement experience across all levels
* Business partnering experience with the ability to influence business development
teams to drive positive commercial outcomes
* Significant experience in managing ambiguity in a financial environment with strong
evaluation and decision-making skills
* Excellent technical Financial and Accounting knowledge and application of that
knowledge in a complex and commercial environment.
* Understanding of complex contractual terms used in a commercial environment
* Understanding of operational finance process and control
* Educated to degree level with Professional accountancy qualification (eg.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA). +2yrs PQE experience
* Dynamic and able to deal with multiple priorities alongside continual change
* Ability to manage relationships with Senior Leadership Team, operational management,
suppliers, and external advisors
* Making an impact and using strong influencing skills with colleagues
* Able to think forward to anticipate issues before they arise
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
